Are the stores open?

Yes, both B. Viz Design locations are open to shoppers with reduced hours (see visit page). We kindly ask all visitors to wear a face mask and maintain proper social distancing measures while indoors.

Can I order an item online and pick it up in person?

Yes, if you are local to St. Joseph or New Orleans, you may pick up online orders. On the checkout page, select "pick up" as the shipping option.

Can I order a custom pillow?

Yes, but be prepared for it to take time. We search through hundreds of textiles to find the perfect option and work with you to create the pillow of your dreams. To begin the process, please complete this form (https://forms.gle/yfXS4GGwBvP4on1c7). Once submitted, a member of our team will reach to you to begin the process. Please contact thestudio@bviz.com with any questions.

Can I order a signed copy of the book?

Yes! Please purchase a copy of Once Upon A Pillow and make a note of the inscription in checkout. If you have any questions, please contact shop@bviz.com

Can I try a pillow on approval?

We are no longer shipping pillows on approval for retail customers. If you purchase a pillow and it does not work, we’re happy to help find an alternative or issue a full refund to your credit card (within 15 days of original purchase). Pillows must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase to be eligible for refund. Please contact shop@bviz.com with any questions.

Damaged B. Viz Pillow?

We can try to make repairs to your well loved B. Viz Design pillows. Oftentimes we can restitch the hand trimmed cording if there's been any “doggie damage” or repair splits in tapestries. Please send a photo of the pillow to thestudio@bviz.com and we’ll go from there.

Do you offer trade pricing?

Interior Designers or members of the Trade with a valid Resale Certificate and Federal EIN are eligible for trade pricing. Please contact thestudio@bviz.com for more information.

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to accommodate international shipping by request. If you are located outside the continental United States and would like to make a purchase from our store, please contact shop@bviz.com.
